What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for all products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Perishable items like honey and saffron are non-returnable unless damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact our support team or create a ticket from your account.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping (1-3 days) is available for select pincodes. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹500. You can track your order using the tracking ID sent to your email or from your account dashboard.
Product Authenticity
How can I verify product authenticity?
Every Gilaf product comes with a unique batch code and QR code. You can verify authenticity by:
1. Scanning the QR code on the product packaging
2. Visiting our Authenticity Check section on the website
3. Entering the batch code manually

Our verification system will show you the batch details, manufacturing date, expiry date, and lab test reports.
Returns & Refunds
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged or defective product:
1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging
2. Create a support ticket or contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3. Provide your order ID and photos
4. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will resolve the issue immediately.
Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
You can track your order in multiple ways:
1. Click "Track Order" in the footer and enter your Tracking ID
2. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
3. Check the tracking link sent to your email
4. Use the tracking ID with the courier partner directly

You will receive real-time updates on your order status via email and SMS.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - Available for select locations

All payments are secure and encrypted. For UPI payments, you will need to enter your transaction ID after completing the payment.

Are your products organic and lab-tested?
Yes! All Gilaf products are:
- 100% Natural and Pure
- Lab-tested for quality and authenticity
- Free from artificial colors, preservatives, and additives
- Sourced directly from Kashmir valleys

Each product comes with lab test reports that you can view by scanning the QR code or checking the batch verification page.

Order Management
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can return the product after delivery. To cancel:
1. Go to "My Orders" in your account
2. Select the order you want to cancel
3. Click "Cancel Order" and confirm

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
Business Partnership
How do I become a distributor or reseller?
We welcome partnerships! To become a Gilaf distributor or reseller:
1. Click "Become a Distributor" in the footer
2. Fill out the application form with your business details
3. Upload required documents (GST, business license, etc.)
4. Our team will review your application within 3-5 business days
5. Once approved, you will receive login credentials for the distributor portal

Benefits include bulk pricing, territory rights, and marketing support.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international locations including USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and other countries. International shipping charges vary by destination and weight. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days. Customs duties and taxes may apply based on your country's regulations. Please check the shipping calculator at checkout for exact charges.
Order Management
How do I change or update my delivery address?
To change your delivery address:
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to "Manage Addresses"
3. Add a new address or edit existing ones
4. Set your preferred address as default

Note: You can only change the delivery address before the order is shipped. Once shipped, address changes are not possible. Please ensure your address is correct before placing an order.

How can I apply a coupon or discount code?
To apply a coupon code:
1. Add products to your cart
2. Go to the cart page
3. Look for the "Apply Coupon" or "Discount Code" field
4. Enter your coupon code and click "Apply"
5. The discount will be reflected in your total amount

Note: Only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers. Check the coupon terms and conditions for validity and minimum order requirements.

Do you have a physical store or showroom?
Yes! You can visit our authorized Gilaf stores and distributors across India. To find the nearest store:
1. Click "Find Gilaf Stores" in the footer
2. Enter your location or pincode
3. View nearby stores with addresses and contact details
4. Get directions via Google Maps

You can also purchase products directly from our website with home delivery.

- Warehouse Operations: Monday to Saturday
- Closed on Sundays and National Holidays

You can place orders 24/7 on our website. Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.
